E-touring bikes are often ridden with an increased system weight, which puts considerable strain on the wheel and its components. In the long run, this can lead to damage to the rim and spokes. The HU 1900 SPLINE was designed and tested accordingly. Certified for a maximum system weight of 180kg and specially designed for e-bikes, the wheel can handle these increased loads: With a thicker cross-section and equipped with reinforced 2.34mm spokes, these wheels are designed for durability. The 370 hub completes the package with the legendary Ratchet System with 18 teeth. The reliability of a wheel is based on the quality of its assembly. All wheels are hand-spoked by professionally trained wheel builders to ensure the same spoke tension in every riding situation.
